We’re up front with our pricing, so there are no suprises on your end. We work with you to make sure your hot tub is fixed without breaking the bank.
Standard Non-Warranty Visit - Flat Fee
Provides All Travel, Diagnostics and also gives you 30 minutes of repair time.
Most repairs can be taken care of in that time frame (Our technicians carry most) if not all needed parts on their vehicles to ensure job completion on that first visit. If they need to return, there are no return trip fees.
$139 also has you covered for the year, too. If you have any issues related to the initial repair, or even a new, separate issue– We would head back out free of charge for the entire year, so all Travel and Diagnostics is completely free. All that you would be expected to cover would be the part and straight labor. Install labor is $120/hr, but that is billed in 15 minute increments.
Standard Warranty Visit
$65
Provides All Travel, Diagnostics and covers repair time.
Your factory Warranty, depending upon the make and model of your hot tub has you covered for either 2yrs or 5yrs from the date of install. Your Warranty will cover the cost of all parts and labor. The travel fee/deductible is only collected ONCE per issue within a 6 month period.
This rate may vary based on location. Be sure ask your representative if you have questions.
We also accommodate same day, weekend, and holiday appointments. The rates listed below include the standard travel charge, diagnostics/troubleshooting and the first 30 minutes of repair time. Our Labor Rate is $120/hr billed in 15 minute increments after initial 30 minutes.
